Will Yoga Save My Life? Day 13 of 30

Day 13.

This is a short blog day! Why? Because it was a rest day!

Seriously, I spent the entire day working through my to-do list, and getting things ready for my vlog for the next month. Then working on finances, etc, etc.

That means today was extremely productive towards other aspects of my success. Getting everything together to be ahead on posting my videos rather than late is a huge plus, and it takes so much stress off. I also prepped several videos, and started a list of videos to start scripting. So, super productive.

It’s a lot of fun for me to go through and decide what I will teach next in my videos, and I am looking forward to sharing my years of wisdom with people on YouTube. If you’re a fiction writer, check out my channel, Fantasy & Coffee, I think you will love what you find.

Anyway, let’s get onto the general stuff, shall we?

Eating and Exercise:

We had black bean and lean beef tacos on corn tortillas with fresh salsa and fresh greens, this is one of my all-time favorite meals because it’s so light and filling, and low carb. I had plenty of coffee today (16 ounces) and I had a sandwich. (and a piece of cake! – but not too big!)

Like I said, today was a rest day, so all my exercise was mental exercise.

My pain levels:

I did not sleep well, again. It was because of stomach and back pain, and I have been living through a migraine all day that nothing has taken away. I tried some yoga stretches, and even went so far as adjusting my back and taking medication. It was a no go. So, that’s basically been an all-day issue for me.

Emotional and Mental Health:

Aside from dealing with my migraine and lack of sleep, I’ve been in a fairly good mood. No changes to report. Did my 20+ positive listening and it continues to help my mood levels.

Reflection & Going Forward:

I’m hoping someday, someone will see these blogs and go, yes, I can do this too. Because everyone is capable of life changes, not just me. It’s all about who you want to be, and who you make yourself.

Doing these things that someone else thinks is impossible for them, just reminds me that a few months ago I would have felt the same way.

We can change our lives, but we need to change our minds first.

Going forward I hope to keep learning, keep building change, and keep growing as a person.
